Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and any local requirements to use the Service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Scooter Rental
Renting a scooter is subject to availability and these Terms. Rental begins when you unlock a scooter and ends when you end the ride in the app.
QR Unlocking
Unlocking is initiated by scanning the QR code on the scooter through the app.
Ride Rules
You must follow applicable laws and campus rules while riding.
Parking
You must end rides and park only in designated areas shown in the app.
Prohibited Use
You may not use a scooter while impaired, carry unauthorized passengers, modify the scooter, or use it in any unlawful or dangerous manner.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safe operation of the scooter during your ride.
Damage and Loss
You may be responsible for damage to or loss of a scooter during your ride.
Fees
Fees are calculated based on your ride and shown in the app before and after your ride.
Payment
You authorize us to charge your payment method for rides and applicable fees.
Cancellation
You may cancel before unlocking without charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Safety
You must follow our Safety Guidelines and all applicable rules while riding.
Testing Program Terms
Participation in the LINER SCOOT testing program ("First 10 Riders") is voluntary and limited to the first 10 approved applicants. The 100 EGP reward is a promotional credit applied to your LINER SCOOT account when the application officially launches — it is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or guaranteed until your application is approved. LINER SCOOT reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion and to reopen or close applications at any time.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or any specific scooter.
App Usage
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or disrupt it.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
